This policy explains what we collect when you use Neuro Life Chapters, why we collect it, and who is legally responsible for it.

Who is responsible for your data

Bright Star Chapters LLC is the legal entity and Data Controller responsible for collecting, storing, and processing all user email addresses and assessment questionnaire data submitted through this website.

Neuro Life Chapters is a brand owned and operated by Bright Star Chapters LLC. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy means Bright Star Chapters LLC.

What we collect

When you step through a door and complete the questionnaire, we collect the information you give us: your first and last name, your email address, the age range you select, the door or interest area you came in through, and your yes or no answers to the eligibility questions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about career opportunities, counseling, mentorship and community support, to confirm you meet the eligibility requirements for the opportunities we can introduce you to, and to keep an internal record of your progress so the person helping you knows where you are.

Your eligibility answers are compiled into a document tied to your name so that our team and our sponsoring partners can review your application accurately.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the certified counselors, chapter leadership, and sponsoring partners involved in placing and supporting you, and with the service providers who host our site, database and email delivery on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are an active member of a chapter, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Once we confirm your identity, we act on deletion requests promptly.

You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time, and every email we send includes a way to reach a person.

Contact

To make any request about your data, reply to any email you have received from us, or write to Bright Star Chapters LLC. A member of the team will handle it directly.
